这首歌的产生是因为陈綺贞一个人在巴黎的地铁车厢上，因为制止扒手行窃而招致拳打甚至被吐口水在脸上，她生平第一次感受到身为女性巨大的无助、愤怒.

想到经历这一段可怕的暴力事件，又掛心在出发至巴黎之前所捡到一隻流浪猫，而写下了【PUSSY】这首歌词。在歌词的结尾give a hand to anyone是说，我们相信，小小的力量也可以改变世界，因为爱，我们不再恐惧。
